For this simple and healthy recipe start with the corn salad and baby lettuce and after washing them place them in a bowl.
Take and peel an orange, slice it and add it to the bowl with the corn salad and baby lettuce. Then add the sliced salmon to everyone’s taste, although we recommend not adding an excessive amount.
When ready, dress the salad with a spot of extra virgin olive oil and Bargalló Modena balsamic oil and sprinkle a little coarse salt on it. A little cinnamon can also be added to give it a different and special touch.
