170 g of tagliatelle pasta per person
250 g of cherry tomato
16 mini mozzarella
120 ml of basil oil
Bring water with salt to the boil. Meanwhile cut the tomatoes in halves and each mini mozzarella into 4. Put 120 ml of basil oil in a bowl, add the tomatoes and the mini mozzarellas. Leave to macerate while the pasta cooks.
When the water boils, put in the pasta and cook it for the time on the packet.
Once cooked, drain the pasta without cooling it and add it to the bowl with the tomatoes and mini
mozzarella. Toss the pasta with 2 forks until it is wet.
